Vegas will feature a Call of Duty 2 like health system where the player regenerates health whilst not taking fire, which will result in less dying and a stronger focus on tactical gameplay. Furthermore, a third person view has been included for moments where players are blind-firing around corners or laying down supression cover. Other changes includes fewer enemies with much tougher artificial intelligence (although if you create a lot of noise, other enemies in nearby rooms will not notice), a shift in focus where kills will be much harder to obtain, a d-pad based commanded system for the player's squad and sections of gameplay where the player will scale buildings and cause environmental damage. The developers have also opted to not include any cutscenes at all, instead telling the game through plot-advancing sections in the gameplay.
